| Introduction | I am a naturopath-homeopath. I teach workshops in spiritual development, vibrational healing such as Reiki, Sekh'm, sound healing, homeopathic first aid, medicinal herbs and also permaculture for small gardens. My aim is to help people start a healthier lifestyle by educating them in regards to their diet, use of herbs and how to grow their own organic food in a small garden ranging from a balcony with a few pots to a half- acre property.
