Introduction	Our adoption journey officially started in May 2006. At that time we were in the process of starting to gather all the paperwork we needed for our International Adoption to China. From the moment we started the process we just knew that our daughter Gracie was going to be born there. But, as we have learned in life, sometimes things just don't turn out as you thought they would. And the wait for our referral for Gracie climbed from 9 months to over two years (and still climbing) Because we always knew we wanted more than one child, we started to look at other options available to us. Our hearts led us to our local Children's Aid Society to start a domestic adoption. And this starts our journey to our family.......
