Introduction	I love to cook (but do it infrequently). When I do cook I have hits and misses. I am always looking for a way to improve upon a recipe or to warn others off. I have also recently been roped into cake decorating. I'm still learning, but again find myself getting into some serious decorating dilemmas (making a groom's cake with an airplane on top for 200 guests anyone). This is meant to encourage and warn--I can't decide which.
