| Introduction | I am a happily married mother of 8 children and grandmother of, soon to be, 26 grandchildren. I began attending births as an apprentice in 1985 and after 100 births, began my midwife practice in 1988 in Las Vegas Nevada where I practiced until the summer of 1991 when I moved to and settled in St. George, Utah. I have attended 1,543 births as of October 2018 and still enjoy each birth as if it were my first. I am a regular mentor of aspiring midwives, preceptor for two midwife colleges and a regular community speaker on the subjects of family health and midwifery. I LOVE to teach this amazing and spiritual art of midwifery. I am grateful to my Heavenly Father for all He has taught me, for keeping me and each of my clients safe over these many years and allowing me to be an instrument in His hands and a part of many miracles. |
