Introduction	I am a reformed fast food junkie that woke up one day and realized I did not want to be fat and unhealthy anymore. After educating myself about our food industry, I became outraged at what goes on behind closed doors (especially the meat and dairy industries). I did 30-day trial runs of going vegetarian, vegan, and raw. After being a "flexitarian" for months, I viewed a powerful documentary called Earthlings and became a full fledged vegan overnight.
