| Introduction | Hello all, this is Andrea. I am starting this blog so I can share my insights, frustrations, and successes in writing and teaching. I also plan to spotlight the amazing writers, teachers, and artists that I meet or read about. My faith is very important to me, so that is a topic that will come up occasionally as well. | Interests | I love to write, read, watch Doctor Who/ NCIS/ Castle, meet with my various writer groups, attend church and the temple, and spend time with my family. |
| Favorite movies | At the moment my favorite movie is "The Giver." You should go see it. I also enjoy film adaptations of my favorite books. |
| Favorite music | I listen to a Christian radio station when I am driving and country music the rest of the time. |
| Favorite books | I love "The Giver," the Harry Potter Series, and all of the novels by Jane Austen and Louisa May Alcott (especially "Persuasion" and "Little Women"). I also love young adult dystopic literature like "Hunger Games," "Divergent," and "The Testing." Some other authors I have enjoyed are Gerald Lund, Stephanie Meyer, Jasper Fforde, Ron Arias, Eva Ibbotson, Laurie Halse Anderson, John Green, and all of my writer friends. |
