| Introduction | My name is Barry. I'm the youngest of five and, as I write (October 2008), I'm 53. I'm still trying to figure out what happened to all the years between now and 18. I'm married, no kids, no pets and a large mortgage. I live in a town called Romford which is, supposedly, the east end of London. But if you asked a true Londoner they would probably consider me to be a country bumpkin. I've been a postman for thirty years and am hoping for early retirement. I enjoy music, family get togethers, writing, photography, reading and brandy - amongst other things. There, that's a start. No doubt more will become clear in the pages that follow. |
