| Introduction | My name is Markus Davis and i am The Disabled Diner. At one time in my life i was a Chef and i have always enjoyed eating. Being a very athletic individual before my disability i had a very high metabolism. So i used to eat like a horse. But from an ambulatory perspective. Now from a Power chair perspective i have come to find out that life has a very different view from 4,4" vs 6'4". The challenges are not just difficult but in most cases very unique in there own way. |
