My study abroad experiences in college (Italy and France with travel during each semester) coupled with an obsession with the Food Network and having dabbled in a few cooking classes (French, Italian and Vegan/Gluten-Free), I find that I am happiest when in the kitchen trying to marry my love of food with the art of presentation.
