Introduction	Humble civil servant living in leafy East Belfast with husband and four dogs. Ambitions are to eat well and cheaply, to have three good holidays a year and to have four well behaved dogs. Am settling for the first two. Funkyknuckles is (a) a term for a left handed person and (b) the name of a gerbil I had shared custody of when I was 12. Hope that clears things up.
