BRAG fulfills these objectives through several action programs, which include: The Executive Development Series The BRAG Intership Program- The Annual Bring–a-Toy Holiday Event Black History Celebration - Retail and related industries are supported significantly by African Americans and all people of color. Conversely, studies have shown that members of these populations do not easily enter into the industry at all levels. Great strides have been made, but much improvement is still needed. It is BRAG’s mission to narrow the gap between the disproportionate numbers of consumers to the disproportionate numbers of people of color in middle and upper management. |
