Introduction	Well, lets see! I'm 27 years old and I'm the mother of three very amazing children. They are 3, 2, and 1! I know.... that was quick! I am a stay at home mom and spend about 95% of my time in the house. I obviously don't have time to go to the gym (hah!), so I've decided that I can't really go wrong by doing what I can at home (i.e. a super controlled diet with lots of water).
