| Introduction | My name is Val. I have been married for 35 years to Craig. We have 4 adult married kids, so I say we have 8! And 7 grandbabies. I have a history of Complex PTSD/anxiety/depression, and have been on my healing journey for 2 years now. Working with my lifecoach has been incredibly lifechanging, and she is the one who has encouraged me to start this blog...this blog of my healing journey. My thoughts, my experiences, my struggles, and my joy--as part of my healing. My healing journey began with someone else's authenticity about her pain and struggle. It is BECAUSE of her that I found a lifecoach and stepped onto the road of help and hope for my healing. |
