| Introduction | I have been a model for the past 10 years and I have been lucky enough to have lived and worked all over the world. Not always such a glamourous world, I have learned to live through the frustrations of being called too fat, too thin, too tall, too short, too dark, too light!!! You name it i've been there! My experiences ingnited a passion in me for fitness, health and nutrition and I have since become a personal trainer. This is an insight into the practices in my life that have helped me work with clients like Nivea, Swartzkopf, Tresemme and Berlei.
