IntroductionI am a retired former federal employee who last worked full-time for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego, where, with a modicum of W. Edwards Deming Total Quality Leadership (TQL) training, was able to lead a holistic security office in saving more than $3/4M, from a multi-million dollar baseline for almost 10 years before suffering multiple brain injuries starting with a strep throat-induced attack of my heart mitral valve which through emboli to the brain, causing a massive right side stroke in 2000, and related-aneurysm surgery in 2003, which led to my disability retirement, due to severe cognitive impairments, left-side hemiplegia, and fairly severe dysarthria. I'm still mostly paralyzed on my left side, and my left hand is balled-up tight in a fist, forcing me to use Dragon Naturally Speaking speech-recognition software to translate my ideas and thoughts into computer text. Now I attend school at the CA-state-funded Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Program, San Diego, hosted at Mesa Community College, San Diego, CA on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and twice-weekly (M/W) Physical Fitness at the Excellent SDSU Fitness Center. .

You have to dig a hole to China. Where do you start?

3 feet east of the Chinese mainland. Remember, I am disabled and only have one hand with which to work!
