| Introduction | Since my first ever cinema going experience, ET: The Extra-Terrestrial in 1982, I have been obsessed with movies. Born in 1976 I (along with millions of others) was a child of the 1980's. Star Wars, Indiana Jones and Back to the Future were the corner stones of my love of film from an early age. Into the 1990s, movies such as Jurassic Park, Twister, Speed and Die Hard with A Vengence became seminal movies in my teenage years. As with so many others, growing older my tastes have changed and broadened away from the action movies of my teenage years. I am now equally at home with a quirky independent film as I am with a tent pole blockbuster. With the exception of straight up horror I am fan of all genres. In recent years I have also become an avid fan of how movies are made, getting into the various stages of film making as well as reading countless books on screen writing and cinematography. Finally, I adore original scores, with the works of John Williams, Hans Zimmer, Alan Silvestri & Mark Mancina being my favourite. My favourite single track is "Time" by Hans Zimmer.
