| Introduction | In my fantasies, I am a thirty-something mother of three perfectly behaved and impeccably groomed children who seamlessly manages to work at least seventy hours a week as an anesthesiologist and be a perfect wife. In reality, I am all these things, less their descriptors. Truth be told, I have a great life, job, children and (especially) husband.
