Introduction	I'm going through a transition phase in my life, and it's a tough one. Though I like to consider myself an eternal optimist, my short temper and tightly wound nature tend to get in the way at times. I practice yoga to manage stress and try to look for the "silver lining" in everything, but lately, this hasn't been enough. Lately, it seems that I am more than bothered by life's little annoyances. Thus, in the everlasting quest of self improvement I birthed "hate-love" in the strung out recesses of my brain. "hate-love" is when you take the things you really just can't stand and turn them into things that you can love, returning your optimism and happiness wrapped in the relief of letting go of all that anger. So here it is: for the next year I'm going to document as many of life's little woes as I can and how I'm learning to love them. I will let you know if it changes me for good!
