Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Possibly. As someone who fully supports animal rights, I say that bicycles should be made available so that fish may have them, should any decide they might like to have one. Power to the people! Or, the fishes, rather, I suppose.
