| Introduction | Hello! My name's Anne. In my past I've been a high school athlete for 2-3 seasons a year, with field hockey being the only 4 year sport. Now in college im a sophomore who has completely stopped varsity sports and has taken some time to relax. Needless to say, I miss sports and teams,and feel the need to get back in shape! Besides health and wellness factors, this is especially important to me because I have decided to go to school for physcial therapy, and want to get my body in tip-top shape. Although i played field hockey for all my high school years; after running a few 5ks this year; I feel the need to try something new and more challenging. (Not to say field hockey is not challenging.) I've decided that it would be a great experience to try cross country. I know it's going to be a difficult transition, but I'm excited for the challenge! |
