Introduction	My name, Katheryn. I am 58 years old & am just now starting to live my life in the ways that I choose. I'm sure I will write about what kept me from doing this (before now) because I very much want for others to be able to recognize what might be holding THEM back from living in the ways that they choose. It is my life's passion that people live how they want to live, instead of how they BELIEVE they SHOULD live (I could write volumes on this). I fully believe that every moment of depression, grief, anger, anxiety, rage shame & confusion I have ever experienced has come from some angle of believing that I "had to" live in a way that was not congruent with the way I wanted to live. I believe this is true for everyone .. and while I realize I may not be correct (& am absolutely willing to be shown otherwise), if I AM correct, can you IMAGINE the implications for the rise of emotional fulfillment & health in our culture?! Change IS possible. I say Get Excited ✈
