| Favorite music | Metal by a long shot, I do listen to lots of different stuff but the deep, gargled grunts and powerful electric guitar with hyperspeed drum frenzy music is the stuff I "get off" on most. A good guitar solo is unbeatable, fantastic. Massive fan of Carlos Santana on a not so metal tangent, he is one awesome guitarist. The song "Well Alright" on Inner Secrets album has solo, ah man, seriously, I have NEVER been shot out of my mind into the cascading all encompassing empowerment in such a way. That guy can speak with his guitar. Gnarls Barclay tops my hall of fame for recent releases on a non-metal view, as this guys method for songwriting is second to none - with a non-fearful approach to singing about the sadder, depressing and hard sad truths life can throw at us. Tell it like it is mate. Finish with metal note: my chronology into discovering metal. Age : 16 At school waiting for electronics to begin, mate has taped me Metallica - Ride the Lightening on one side and Megadeth "Peace Sells..." on the other. Instantly hooked. Age : 16 Outside mate Grimmer's house, he knew 2 metalheads called Chas & Vinny who taped me... Possessed (7 churches/beyond the gates) - Napalm Death ( Scum/FETO) - Coroner (Punishment for Decadence) Age : 17 Purchased 1st metal album "Venom - Black Metal" from Record Revival under Market Gates in Great Yarmouth |
| Favorite books | The Dictionary Not a great reader of books, I've always prefered grafting my own imagination instead of interpreting anothers. Love Wikipedia, can get lost there for hours. |
