| Introduction | I have lived full time in Surfside for 15 years at 1302 324th Place on the road to the compactor. It's the little brown house with the green roof, a flag pole and a yard full of flowers. Sign in yard says...MILLER PLACE Retired... past Surfside Board member who resigned in 2011. Past active Surfside member. Founder and chairperson of Surfside Neighborhood Watch,served on these committees; Community Relations, chairperson Land and Buildings Committee, Secretary on Water/Field Services Committee, appointed and elected board member in 2010 and 2011. Resigned from board and land & building committee in 2011. Designed the landscaping at Twin Lakes Cabana. Concept and design for Veterans Memorial Park with flag and plaque. (East side off I Street.) 2 cross walks on I Street. Beach trail signs. Authored yearly maintenance plan.And much more. |
