| Introduction | We are a small, family owned company established in 2004. We have worked hard to create a successful business from just one hire boat. In 2008 we have expanded the business into the workshop at Mercia Marina, Willington Derbyshire and we now employ 6 permanent members of staff plus another 6 casual staff on handover days. Our workshop is fully equipped for both fitouts of boats and full boat repairs and maintenance. We are passionate about supporting the British boat building industry and source all of our shells from Colecraft Engineering who have been fabricating boats for over 35 years. We are also keen to develop new talent within the industry and we support the governments Apprenticeship scheme, having taken on our first apprentice from Derby College in 2009. For customer confidence we are members of the British Marine Federation and the Visit Britain accommodation grading scheme.Year on year we have reached, and exceeded, our hire boat occupancy targets of 90%.
