Introduction	A full time mom of five who finds the time to make some decent cakes! Got into baking because ..OK...taking two quotes from a fren; "women who can bake generally tend to become good moms" and "it can be quite a sexy thing too"! :p OK, you might disagree... :p Another reason is also to continue the legacy of Mama Charq Jedi (my mom's cousin, who is the real Mama Chak) who makes excellent fresh cakes. Keyword = 'fresh'. I'm sure we're all tired of the supermarket stuff with all the 'E' (preservatives) ingredients etc. Not good for us adults so would you even feed your own child with these on every birthday? Sheesh!
