Introduction What can I say; I love food. It’s such an important part of our lives. Whether it be the taste, cultural traditions, food politics, economics, or health reasons, these all influence how we eat. My objectives are to call attention to important issues and topics revolved around food, teach others about cultural disparities, and share recipes. My completion a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition at Rush University, Bachelors of Science in Nutrition at the University of Minnesota, and Associates of Applied Science in Culinary Arts, provided me with a deep understanding of such matters with strong feelings regarding our nation’s food and nutritional health. Thus, my overall purpose is to teach you what I know and allow you, the consumer, to become informed.
Interests My soul is in food; otherwise, I enjoy the outdoors, reading, listening to vinyls, the sound of thunder, creating recipes, learning Portuguese, studying nutrition, climbing, biking, etc. The list could go on and on and on and on....
