| Introduction | I am mother of two accomplished, beautiful daughters and two sassy, soon-to-change the world granddaughters. I've been extremely fortunate in being exposed to Yoga and its many benefits for many years now and to have had such eager students and clients (Thai Yoga Bodywork) practice with me at Yoga Sanctuary since 1998.(www.YogaSanctuary.com) The work continues and I hope to be practicing Yoga Nidra for PTSD with veterans in the not too distant future in order to repair some of the damage done over the past decade. When I'm not practicing or teaching Yoga, I love traveling to foreign places,spending time on the coast and in the mountains, attending live music venues, reading and enjoying This Fabulous, Precious Human Life! |
