Introduction Eleven Eleven Animal Rescue - Founder

Caroline has had a passion for animals since she was introduced to them as a toddler. Her love for animals was fostered by her mother allowing her to flourish with it. From the age of 7, together with her mother started the first wildlife rescue and rehabilitation in the Cayman Islands where she grew up. This wildlife rescue and rehabilitation was done in tandem with offshore experts and local veterinary clinics. Through this rehabilitation and rescue centre she developed contacts with the local veterinary clinics, an began volunteering in one at the age of twelve. Dr. Brenda Bush took her under her wing at her clinic, the Island Veterinary Services, where Caroline gained more hands on experience. She spent most of her free time, weekends and holidays at this clinic, which became her second home. Now living in Montreal, she continues to work in veterinary clinics, and is also in the Vanier Animal Health Program. Rescuing animals is something she has done her entire life and has founded this rescue in the hopes of being even more effective.
