Introduction	Paulette began her love affair with understanding the impacts of the cross-cultural experience began at an early age growing up in the melting pot city of New Orleans, with its Creole culture, colorful history, multicultural and multiracial background, and a potpourri of cultural influences that made New Orleans the unique culture that it is today -- including France, Africa, Spain, the Native American culture, Arcadia, Ste. Domingue (Haiti), Italy, the Canary Islands (Islanos), Germany, Mexico, Ireland and Cuba. She continued this passsion throught her pursuits as an officer in the US Air Force. "I just love this stuff!"
