| Introduction | I am 46 years "young" and am married to a wonderful man named John. We have two beautiful children whos names are Sam and Cathy.I also have the pleasure of having my mom in-law live with us!! We have been together 14 years and our children are 11 and 10.I am blessed with two fantastic mothers my momma and my mother in-law. How lucky can a gal get!!! Some days i question my God picked me to carry this burden called ALS. It has turned my world upside down and robbed me of a rewarding career. My children are confused, sad and mad that momma is withering before their eyes. It has made them grow up way faster than i wanted for them. I am very pissed that they have had to step up and be the grown up at times, but at the same time i am bursting with pride when i see them doing for me because it shows that they are made of stronger stuff than i at first gave them credit for.And my dear,dear husband John has had to be both dad and mom to our kids some days. To say i am proud of him and grateful to him sounds so bland and doesn't even begin to cover how much he is to me!!I have been truly blessed with this wonderful family that i get all misty just thinking bout them. |
| Interests | I am crazy about soccer, but like all sports except golf.Give me a good football, baseball or basketball game and i am in hog heaven!! And professional wrestling, WOW! I don't miss any telivised on tv!!! |
