Introduction	I am entering California Culinary Academy this August to earn a certificate in Baking and Patisserie. Why? Let's just say, I blame Don. :) I completed my undergraduate studies in Art, Culture, and Literature of Japan in March 2008. It took damn well long enough, and now it's time for me to move on to the next stage of my life, which is why in July I will say goodbye to Seattle and hello to San Francisco. On the side, I like to play video games, knit, and watch movies and read books every blue moon or so.

Favorite Movies	The Big Lebowski, Snatch, Kill Bill Vols. 1&2, Little Miss Sunshine, Pixar movies, Boondock Saints, Dogma, 40 Year Old Virgin, to name a few.
Favorite Music	Jazz (Ella, Louie, Frankie, and the like...also early Miles and Coltrane, Evans, and some bossa nova), some rock, some house, some hip hop, some pop. Basically, if I don't think it sucks, then I'll listen to it.
Favorite Books	Stardust, Neverwhere, American Gods, Japanamerica, the Redwall and Harry Potter series, Where the Sidewalk Ends, A Light in the Attic, most classic children's stories like Winnie the Pooh, Charlotte's Web, Stuart Little...I love anything Mutts...and the Chronicles of Narnia..
