| Introduction | We are a family. A family I hoped for. A family that found each other. We were a bunch of scattered butterflies that landed on the same flower and thus became the family we are. It wasn't what I expected. I couldn't have planned it. We are all unique, colorful, a little bouncy, and meant for each other. We are a blended family created through marriage, step children, biological children, and through adoption. I'm married to the best partner. He has embraced this journey wholeheartedly and loves with his whole being. Our oldest, from my first marriage is my "daughter from another mother." She's amazing and has blessed us with two grandchildren. My next in line is my son from my first marriage who is 23! He is also married and with a baby of his own. He grew up way too quick! And now we are starting over! With the homecoming of Scholar and Hoot our family will be complete! |
