Introduction	I love living in Miami, I have lived here all my life. I have experienced the growth of both Miami Dade and Broward County. Currently, a Downtown Miami resident, I love the energy this new area is bringing to our city. Being part of this growth is amazing. There are so many opportunities in this area, the growth will be phenomenal and now is the time to take part in it.
