| Introduction | WarBicycle served with the Canadian Forces from February 1964 to November 1987 at which time he chose early retirement and went into business for himself. He has an extensive history of community involvement, he is a Past Rotary Club President and has founded or chaired many large community funding-raising projects. In 1997, he was named a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International in appreciation of his tangible and significant assistance given for the furtherance of better understanding and friendly relations among peoples of the world. |
