IntroductionWelcome to my Blog. After over 40 years of my on-again / off-again religious faith as a fundamentalist Christian, I have finally come to the realization, that I no longer believe. I wanted to have a way to share my experience in the hope that it will be helpful for those who have the same feelings of doubt that could ultimately lead you to the same conclusion I did. For others it may serve to give you some insight on how a longtime Christian would choose to leave the faith. And for others, it may help you to understand a friend or loved one who has made the same decision. Much like my gay friends who at one point made the decision to "come out" I am doing that regarding my religions preference. I am now experiencing the trepidation that's turned to a new sense of freedom. Now I know THE Truth, and I am free! I welcome your comments, but I will exercise my editorial right to delete any that are offensive or hateful.
