| Introduction | Hi! My name is Andrea and I am a graduate student in the wildlife sciences originally from Maine. Presently I am studying the American woodcock (the coolest bird!). I am an avid conservationist that loves to hike with my dog, run, lie on the forest floor and listen to the birds tweet, and anything else that gets me outdoors. When I am not doing science, reading science, or being outdoors I like to take a break and make eco-friendly jewelry which I post on etsy. I'm starting this blog because I love to write and need a chance to be creative, while still being my science-minded self. Research does not leave a lot of room for creativity, so this is my opportunity. I hope you like 'listening' to my whispers! |
