| Introduction | Originally from Kansas, I moved to Tucson, Arizona, seven years ago. It didn't take long before this small town farm girl became a desert rat. While I’ll always love the rolling prairies of the Midwest, I most definitely enjoy the beauty the desert has to offer. I moved to Tucson to help start Second Mile, a church with a desire to see people's lives changed because of Jesus. My own life has dramatically been altered because of my encounter with Jesus and I long for others to know Him intimately. I am one of the fortunate people that have found their dream job, and as a fourth grade gifted teacher look forward to going to work each day. I have aspirations that one day the numerous children’s stories that swim around in my head will make their way to paper. I travel back to Kansas as often as I can to spend time playing Aunt Jenn to four beautiful nieces and a handsome baby nephew |
