Introduction	Hey my name is Dana Smith and I am a senior at the University of New Hampshire. I am currently a dual major in both Justice Studies and what this blog is actually focusing about, Journalism. My idea of the perfect journalist strays far from what the average person thinks about when asked about the topic. Most people think of the middle of the line, no included emotions, let everyone else do all the talking types of journalism. Although the most common form of journalism is interesting, my favorite type is the idea of Gonzo Journalism. This idea was popularized by Hunter Thompson, a famous rebel journalist who died in 2005. His idea was still journalistic, however he used his own person experiences and let these experiences shape the perspective of the audience.
