Introduction	Mindfulness and creativity are what I do. Mindfulness through my Ph.D. research of Thich Nhat Hanh (a Vietnamese Buddhist monk), teaching Mindfulness & Creativity, practising with the York Sangha and writing poetry. Creativity through a lifelong practice of sewing, embroidery, dressmaking, knitting, jewellery making, calligraphy, bookmaking, and decoupage, many aspects of which I was taught by my Mum and Nannan.
