| Introduction | Hi everyone! I’m Radhika, a girl from Calcutta who loves to cook! I keep planning to cook things and what I do make are chronicled in this blog so that I can go back to my favorite recipes time and again. By day I am a psychological counselor though I dream of food at night. A little strange, I know . Creating food is a rollercoaster ride for me that has its ups and downs - the awesome muffin maybe followed by an extremely stubborn cheesecake that just won’t set. For me this is all part of the game, amusing and great fun all at the same time – hence the name ‘The Flavor Carousel.’ It’s a joy ride that no other hobby gives me.
