| Introduction | Born Austrian, in healthy clean and fresh mountain air, I was always an advocate for natural health and am an avid student of medicianal botany, herbs, alternative medicine for over 20 years... a life-long quest. I was working as a Consultant for 15 years but have left the rat race and am now indulging into all sorts of creative adventures. I run creative therapy workshops... and design jewellery and textiles for a living. And I walk my talk, I have only had 1 cold in the past 15 years and am a big fan of all things natural wellness.
