Introduction	I’m a vegan architecture student (the only one I’m aware of) living in Tokyo, Japan, but originally from Vancouver, Canada. When grad school gets too intense, cooking and baking is my favourite diversion. I had a vegan food blog (http://vegangela.blogspot.com) before, but I felt like, after a two-year hiatus, I couldn’t keep going with that one, so I started a new one instead.
