| Introduction | I am currently a stay-at-home-mom who has over 13 years experience in the catering industry. I am dismayed that in New Hanover County, NC we are not allowed to send home baked goods in for our children's school parties (birthday, holiday, or special event). So, I decided to offer an alternative to the chemical filled "treats" that we are asked to buy for these special occasions. I have been designing, baking and creating special cakes and goodies for friends and my own family for several years now and have just had my kitchen licensed to do so professionally here in the Wilmington, North Carolina area. I can help you create a memorable event with a delicious, home made and nutritious alternative to store bought. The sky is the limit when it comes to design! I can also keep things 100% organic, gluten-free or vegan if you require. Everything I make is from scratch, like our grandmother's use to make - just a lot more colorful and possibly outlandish!
