| Introduction | Wesley Reynolds joined the Mackinac Center for Public Policy in the summer of 2007 as an Education Policy Assistant, and now is an intern with the Mackinac Center’s Operations Department (www.mackinac.org). In 2010, he received his bachelor’s degree in history from Thomas Edison State College, and is presently pursuing his master’s degree in history from Central Michigan University.
