| Introduction | I've been a Realtor since Nov of 2010. Prior to that, I was alternating between deployments with the MN National Guard to Iraq and Kuwait and getting my degree in Entrepreneurship from The University of St.Thomas in St.Paul. When I returned from my first deployment in 2003, I used the money I had saved to buy my first home, a four bedroom, 2400 sq ft home in Eden Prairie. Then I rented out two of the bedrooms to cover the majority of my house payment. That was my first foray into real estate. Since then, I have purchased four more investment properties and manage them myself. I plan on buying more properties every year as part of my long term wealth building plan. So I already had some experience with the business when I initially became a Realtor. I was the top selling agent on my team my first year in the business for number of transactions completed. I love real estate and I love working with people to help them realize their dream of home ownership. I also love working with other investors, helping them find profitable investment properties. |
