Chef Jen is also co-author with Lara Rondinelli-Hamilton, RD, LDN, CDE of three American Diabetes Association Cookbooks: the award-winning, best-selling, Healthy Calendar Diabetic Cooking, 1st and 2nd Editions and the Healthy Carb Diabetes Cookbook.
