| Introduction | I am a software engineer living and working in the bay area. I have a wonderful family, but they have food allergies and special needs that first led us to gluten free, then to Paleo nutrition. After researching the science and proposed benefits of paleo nutrition, along with much anecdotal evidence, it has become a way of life for my family. Instilling paleo habits has alleviated several symptoms of modern disease in our children and given us the opportunity to beam when our child responds "brussel sprouts" when questioned as to their favorite vegetable. |
