Introduction	Being unemployed and not by choice, I find I have many hours of the day to fill. SInce job hunting, filling out applications and sending out resumes can only take up so many hours a day, I bake to entertain myself during the day. Baking became a hobby of mine a few years ago. I enjoy searching for recipes all over the place and trying them out. The more creative, interesting, and fun, the better!
