| Introduction | The goal is to help companies develop inclusive policies and practices while limiting red tape. Drawing on over 15 years experience in education/training, research and planning for the social service and education sectors with strengths including client support and training, communication, policy development and analysis and project coordination, I strive to promote inclusion by engaging in strategic planning with companies and agencies so that they can respond to the needs of consumers now and in the future. It is that commitment that precipitated the creation of Access Infinity Management. Access Infinity Management also assists companies and policy makers in creating accessible inclusive environment for people with disabilities. I completed BA, BSW (1995,98) from York University (Toronto). From there and went on to a MSW (2000) from Carleton University (Ottawa).In addition,I completed courses towards a certificate in human resource development to compliment her experience as a diversity awareness trainer, writer and policy analyst. |
