| Introduction | I pray each day to put my identity in Christ. I believe that He is my reason to be alive, and I long to serve Him wholeheartedly, holding nothing back. God has blessed me with a hard-working, good-looking husband that loves me more than I ever imagined possible. We have been blessed with the opportunity to raise two precious girls. I spend my days trying to put aside myself and love my family, one diaper change at a time. |
| Interests | I enjoy being outdoors with my husband and children. Some of our favorites are taking walks, going to the park, grilling out, watching Auburn football, and going to the beach. I also enjoy flower gardening; Mike is in charge of the vegetable garden. When I have time, I enjoy sewing for my girls, and one day, I would love to sew for our house. |
| Favorite Movies | Are you kidding? I haven't stayed awake to watch a whole movie in a long time! I will admit that I love TV, and I am very thankful for DVR, which means I can watch my shows without commercials whenever it is convenient... like while I am ironing. |
| Favorite Music | I am one of those that can drive all the way home (3 hours to Franklin, TN) and never turn on the radio. If Mike's in the car, we're listening to Sports Talk, probably Finebaum, and if I'm alone, I'm probably listening to a CD from my sister, Carrie. Coley Ann likes to dance to Sugarland. |
| Favorite Books | I wish I was a reader! These days, I don't get to read much, so when I do, I am trying to read the Bible. Right before Kathren was born, a sweet friend gave me the devotional Jesus Calling, and it is really speaking into my life. |
